Atrium Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Brooklyn, NY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team on all shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and work closely with nurses to provide individualized care.

Your Role as a CNA:

• Providing Personalized Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.
• Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.
• Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.
• Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.
• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New York.
