Job summary

Imperial Healthcare is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality daily care in a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. We are hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem with a 3PM-11PM shift.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, taking vital signs, maintaining safety, and following infection control policies. Competitive benefits and sign-on/referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or enrollment in state-approved Nurse Aide program.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Compensation

• Weekday pay starts at$20/hour with full benefitsor up to$22/hour for no-frills options
• Weekend pay starts at$25/hour
• Additional shift differentials available
• SIGN ON BONUS up to $1000
• REFERRAL BONUS up to $500
