Job summary

You will support residents with turning, bathing, feeding, and measurements, document changes in the chart, and communicate with licensed nurses to ensure safety and compassion in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrates patience and empathy

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
