Job summary

Medicalodges is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living. The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and teamwork with licensed nurses.

The CNA will observe residents, report changes, and help maintain essential records. Shift hours include 6 AM–6 PM and 6 PM–6 AM, supporting continuous resident care at our facilities.

Qualifications

• Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state where the facility is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.
• Demonstrates patience and empathy in daily resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per individualized care plans.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Obtain and record vital signs and weights as assigned.

• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
