Job summary

Medicalodges Neosho, a 100% employee-owned organization, is seeking a FT Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care to residents and assist with daily living activities.

You will follow each resident's plan of care, document in the electronic chart, monitor and report vital signs, assist with turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing, and communicate changes to the licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state where the facility is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills.
• Demonstrates patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plan (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing).
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Obtain and record vital signs and weights as assigned.
