Job summary

Medicalodges,-Inc is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care to residents, helping with daily living activities and ensuring quality care. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate interaction, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Shifts include 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM with on-site work at our Kansas facility. The caring environment focuses on resident well-being and professional growth within a 100% employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state where the facility is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and teammates.
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting and documentation.
• Demonstrates patience and empathy when caring for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing).
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse.
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned.
