Job summary

Allure of Mount Carroll is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and dignity, and form meaningful relationships with residents and families.

This role offers day and night shifts, a $2/hour sign-on bonus paid over a year, and a 3% 401(k) match. Illinois CNA license and CPR are required; long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification and CPR required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and provide compassionate care.

PM 6pm-6AM

Sign-On Incentive

• $1.00/hour shift differential for nights

Earn an additional $2.00/hour sign-on bonus

Paid out over up to 1 year of employment
