Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being.
• Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
