Complete Care at Mercerville is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for open interviews during a career fair. NEW RATES: $20.00–$23.75 per hour. Flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Stock rooms with needed supplies and equipment.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well‑being.
• Follow all applicable state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands‑on care that supports the comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well‑being of our residents.
