Job summary

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior community in Moose Lake, MN, is hiring CNAs to join our team. You will help residents with daily living activities, assist with treatments, and report changes to the RN in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The position offers part-time and full-time options, including every other weekend shifts. Wages range from $22.60 to $25.98 per hour, with a $2 night differential, plus benefits and tuition/loan forgiveness programs.

Qualifications

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Moose Lake Village, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Part-Time and Full-Time including every other weekend.

Shifts Available:

• Nights 10:30pm to 7:00am (Part-Time, only every other weekend)
• Evenings2:15pm to 10:45pm (Full-Time)
• Evenings 4:00pm to 9:00pm (Part-Time, great for students!)
• Days (6:45am to 2:00pm) (Full-Time)

Wages: $22.60 to $25.98 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

Night (NOC) $2.00 / hour

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
• Current MinnesotaNursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry
• At least 16 years of age
