The Gardens at Monroe Healthcare in Monroe Township, NJ, seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide daily resident care in a skilled nursing setting. Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles are available across all shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, taking vital signs, maintaining a safe environment, and following health policies. NJ CNA license, CPR/BLS, and nursing program graduate status are required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA license is mandatory.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• SNF experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Respond promptly to resident needs and support their overall well-being

• Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures

Compensation

• Weekday pay starts at$22.00 with full benefitsor up to$25.00 for no-frills options

• Weekend pay starts at$25.00

• Additionalshift differentials available
