Job summary

Valley HealthCare System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Monongahela, PA team. All shifts available with pay up to $26.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, and overtime opportunities.

CNAs will provide high-quality daily care, assist with mobility and transfers, monitor vitals, and support residents in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality daily care (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the LPN or RN Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to follow and update resident care plans.
