Job summary

Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 11PM-7AM shift, Monday through Friday, at our Elizabethtown, PA location. You will provide high-quality resident care with a focus on safety and compassionate service in a family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA CNA certification.
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home.
• Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals.
• Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential.
