Job summary

Complete Care at Middlebury is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team in Middlebury, CT. We offer Full Time, Part Time and Weekend opportunities, plus PRN/Casual options. You will perform ADLs, maintain resident comfort, and document care in line with state and federal guidelines.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a CT CNA certification, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Computer knowledge is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge is required or beneficial.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
