Job summary

Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Media, PA is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality care in a homelike setting. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and daily activities under the nurse’s direction.

We offer full-time, part-time, PRN and weekend schedules, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for FT and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for PT, plus benefits and comfortable teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required (preferably PA).
• Previous CNA experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and provide compassionate care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and follow nursing directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents: bathing, dressing, meals, feeding assistance as needed.
• Assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Follow directions of nurses and licensed professionals.
• Be a flexible, caring, and supportive team member.

Key Responsibilities for CNAs:

• To provide care for the residents, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, and assisting with feeding as needed.
• To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident
• To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.
• To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

Qualifications:

• Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferably in the state of Pennsylvania
