Job summary

Mills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mayfield, Kentucky, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our long‑term care team. • Must be able to rotate through weeks as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Record patient vital signs and assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Salary: $15.50 - $21.00 per hour, depending on shift and experience

CNAs are responsible for the following:
