Job summary

Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide comfort, and help maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs; assist with lifting, moving and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager; ask questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNA's are responsible for the following:
