Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center, located in Nora Springs, Iowa, seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join its compassionate, skilled nursing team on 2nd, 3rd shift and PRN positions.

You will support residents with activities of daily living, monitor conditions, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while delivering high-quality care and respectful companionship.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or an Iowa-accredited CNA certificate.
• Front-line role in the Clinical Department delivering Activities of Daily Living and observing changes in condition.
• Ability to work evenings with compassion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Observe changes in residents’ conditions and report promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and uphold high standards of patient care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
