Job summary

Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated CNAs for a 3rd shift part-time role in Iowa. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and maintain a safe environment while supporting the clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an Iowa CNA certificate (unencumbered) or completion from an Iowa-accredited program. Equal opportunity employer; strong emphasis on compassionate, detail-oriented patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or approved CNA completion.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and follow care plans.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and support to residents.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
