Summary
Provides patient care support including services related to hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse per established departmental guidelines. Documents appropriately into patient records based on skill level and follows standards and guidelines. Upon admission, completes personal belongings sheet, records height, weight, and vital signs, orients new residents, ensures residents receive an arm band and admission kit, responds promptly to call lights, completes rounds, repositions residents, takes vital signs and weights, and reports to Charge Nurse. Ensures proper application of slings, splints, braces, and other devices as ordered. Measures intake and output, performs procedures and treatments as instructed, maintains supplies and equipment, and completes all documentation accurately. Attends continuing education, accepts reassignments, and maintains effective relationships with team members. Gives shift reports and may be assigned additional duties.

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour
