Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort. You will perform direct care as assigned, following the resident’s care plan and supervisor’s instructions, while adhering to health, sanitation, and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, or meet state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old (or currently in high school if 16)
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with team members and observe safety protocols
• Flexible working hours as per schedule

Experience

Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Shift & Wage

• Various shifts available: First, Second, Third, and PRN
• Wage: $19-$22/hour plus shift differential
