Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care. CNAs offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents while supporting a caring team.

You will assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily activities, observe resident changes, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment. A diploma and CNA certification are required, with 0–1 years of experience preferred.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
