Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and companionship to residents at The Willows at Bowling Green. You’ll follow each resident’s plan of care and work with the care team to support comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state CNA Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
