Job summary

Stonebrook Health and Rehabilitation in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will work under the direction of nurses and supervisors to support patient comfort and safety.

As an integral member of our caregiving team, you will perform personal care tasks, monitor health conditions, and report changes promptly while upholding our commitment to dignity and excellent outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA - Certified Nurisng Assistant license
• Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations
• Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered (typically under the direction and supervision of a charge or Registered Nurse)
• Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided
