Job summary

Sherman Oaks Health And Rehab Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team. We provide a dynamic environment where residents receive compassionate care, and opportunities for growth for both new and experienced caregivers.

All shifts are available on a 4/2 rotating schedule. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities under the supervision of licensed staff, maintaining a clean, organized unit, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Good physical health to lift and move patients or stand for long periods with or without accommodation
• Compassion toward residents and families

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for residents under supervision of a licensed or registered nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, outings)
• Maintain unit organization to keep operations running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

Primary Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $20 - $22 / Hour

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
