Magnolia Gardens is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our clinical team and provide residents with a best-in-class experience. We offer growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a positive environment.

Full-time 7am-3pm on a 4/2 rotating schedule or part-time 11pm-7am. Requirements include active CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, COVID-19 vaccination (including boosters), English proficiency, and the ability to lift and move patients.

Formación

• Active CNA certification with completion of CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsabilidades

• Providing personal care for residents under supervision of a licensed or registered nurse.
• Assistance with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreation, and outings.
• Organizational skills to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Available Shifts:

Primary Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

Pay Scale: Starting at $22 / Hour

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
