Job summary

Complete Care at Monmouth is hiring CNAs to support residents with daily activities and promote comfort and dignity in a warm, caring environment. You will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal care while documenting changes for nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active and unrestricted CNA certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
