Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Live Oak, FL. Full-Time – all shifts available, with competitive compensation up to $19 per hour based on experience and shift differentials.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor well-being, and support their safety and comfort. You will document changes, collaborate with nurses, and help create a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Florida CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing) and meal support, preserving dignity and comfort.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes promptly for safety.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to support belonging and comfort.
• Maintain residents’ rooms and common areas in a clean, hygienic state.
• Record and report changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to the care team accurately.
• Collaborate with nurses and health professionals to provide personalized, holistic care.
• Engage residents in activities to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
