Position Summary:

The CNA provides tenants with high-quality routine care in activities of daily living under supervision, following the Service Plan, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, and the Tenant’s Bill of Rights. CNAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care, and restorative services while understanding mental health and social needs, especially for cognitively impaired tenants. They are part of the interdisciplinary team focused on promoting independence and well-being.

Qualifications:

Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
