ACG Hospice is seeking a dedicated CNA for night shift to provide compassionate daily care, assist patients with activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to the care team.

You will support families with empathy as part of a team that values professional development and leadership support, with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and basic care needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Support families along the health care journey with empathy and compassion.

Qualifications

• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
