Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs to join our dedicated care team. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with shifts from 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM, plus daily pay and a generous sign-on bonus.

As a CNA, you’ll provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, observe residents and report changes, and help maintain a safe, compassionate, home-like environment for our 106-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience in resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident care.

Daily Pay!

$5 PIB

$2 Shift Diff for Weekends

$1.50 Shift Diff for 11 AM- 3 PM Weekday

$2 Shift Diff for 11 PM- 7 AM Weekday

$20 - $33 an hour (all inclusive)

Sign-On Bonus - Full-Time $3,000 and $1,500 part-time

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
