Nexion Health Management is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for 12-hour shifts in Lampasas, TX. The position offers 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am options with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualified applicants. Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour depending on experience, plus a $1.00/hr night differential.
