Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant - STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and gives resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
2. Ensuring residents' well-being and safety

Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required, and certification must be maintained.

The base pay range will be determined by applicants' skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
