Job summary

Accura HealthCare of Lake City is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. You will provide person-centered care to residents, assisting with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, bathing, and other routine tasks as directed by nursing staff.

We offer a sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time roles, starting pay of $18 per hour that increases with experience, and shifts from 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm. Benefits for full-time staff available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific certification.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care for residents, including dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and bathing.
• Assist nursing staff with routine tasks and ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Promote a compassionate, respectful, and hygienic care environment.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living as directed.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Sign on bonus $1,000 for full time and $500 for part time
• Starting pay $18, increases with experience
• FT & PT Positions Available!
• Current needs are for 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm shifts
• Benefits offered to FT employees (30hrs/week)
• This position is specifically for a FT 6am-2pm CNA that would also be trained to work as a Restorative aid at least 2 days per week

JOB SUMMARY

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are responsible for providing exceptional personal care for our residents. As a CNA, you may assist with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, bathing/showers, as well as providing basic treatments required and as directed by nursing staff.
