Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring CNAs to work with residents in long-term care, providing daily nursing care and personalized support per care plans. CNAs offer companionship and encouragement to residents and help with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active state CNA certification required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition; make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and wellbeing.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)


• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed


• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being


• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents


• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
