AVIR Health Group in Knox City, TX, is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family and provide compassionate direct care to residents according to policies.

Newly certified CNAs and walk-ins are welcome. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, daily pay, a 401(k) with match, health insurance for the family, paid holidays, PTO, and other supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the department of Health within four months of date of hire.
• Previous nursing facility experience preferred.
