About the Role:
As a CNA with Homestead of Kingfisher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals
Participating in resident care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Monitor resident vital signs, report changes to RN or LPN, and document as necessary
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, as needed
Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and wellness
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including daily cleaning and disinfection of resident areas

Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
