Job summary

Country Lane Manor in Keosauqua, IA is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. You will provide hands-on care with daily activities, assist residents with meals, mobility, and emotional support, and monitor changes in condition on a daily basis.

We offer competitive pay up to $24/hour with evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, full-time/part-time options from 6am–6pm, and PRN.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist residents with meals, mobility, and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with the Charge Nurse and care team to deliver person-centered care.
• Support residents with dementia, wounds, and other specialized needs.

Pay Rate: Up to $24/hour PLUS Shift Diffs- Eve $4.00, Nights $2.00 and Weekend $3.00

Shift:

• Full Time/Part Time 6am-6pm

• PRN

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on care with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist residents with meals, mobility, and emotional support.

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.

What We’re Looking For
