Job summary

Morgan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Johnston, RI is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM. Daily pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus offered.

Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $22 all-inclusive, with benefits and opportunities for growth. As a CNA you will provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with ADLs, observe changes, maintain a safe, dignified environment, and support the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
