What You’ll Do:

As a CNA, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ well-being through:

• Providing Personalized Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support while maintaining residents’ dignity and comfort.
• Promoting Comfort and Safety: Monitor physical and emotional well-being, addressing changes in condition to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
• Fostering Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean, organized, and hygienic to support a healthy living environment.
• Accurate Documentation: Record and report changes in conditions, care plans, and activities, ensuring seamless communication among the care team.
• Collaborating with the Team: Partner with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver individualized, holistic care.
