Job summary

Riverside Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role supports residents with daily living activities, vital sign checks, and compassionate care in a warm, home-like setting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay. The successful candidate will hold an active CNA license, BLS/CPR certification, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience toward residents.
• Strong communication and follow-directions skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
