Job summary

Elm Crest Senior Living Community seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support individualized care plans.

You’ll also help engage residents in social activities and promote well-being. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time roles, competitive hourly pay with shift differential, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to interact warmly and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support implementation of individualized care plans.
• Engage residents in social activities and community events.
• Contribute to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among residents.
• Help maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition.
