Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
• Report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses and document accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
