Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care and services based on residents' plans. You will offer companionship, support, and personalized care to enhance residents’ wellbeing in a caring environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, observing conditions, and collaborating with the care team to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0–1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
