Job summary

Hopkins Restorative Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities. You will work closely with nurses and the care team to promote dignity, comfort, and well-being for residents.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, taking vital signs, and ensuring a safe, caring environment. Flex shifts and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans, policies, and instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care practices as instructed.
• Respect residents' rights, dignity, and privacy at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.
