Full-Time & Part-Time - Southeast Massachusetts & Cape Cod

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Divine Living Homecare, you will provide skilled, hands‑on personal care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes across Southeast Massachusetts and Cape Cod. You are the steady presence that makes independence possible — and your work is seen, valued, and appreciated every single day.

This is not a facility role. You will work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, building real relationships and making a genuine difference in their daily lives. If you are looking for meaningful work where you are treated as a professional and not just a number, this is the place for you.

What You Will Do

• Assist clients with personal hygiene – bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client condition
• Assist with medication reminders (non‑administration)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care
• Communicate regularly with the office team and family members
• Follow the individualized care plan for each client

What We Are Looking For

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification (required)
• Prior home care or facility experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification
• Strong communication skills and a client‑first attitude
