Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living, comfort, and personalized care. This role emphasizes person-centered care across physical, emotional, and clinical needs.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of CNA experience preferred, current CNA certification for the state, and CPR certification (preferred). This position is on-site with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Location: Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: range $19.50-$27.00 hourly plus applicable shift differentials. Rate is determined based on relevant experience and license history.

What you will need
