Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care, comfort, and companionship. You will follow each resident’s plan of care, assist with activities of daily living, and work closely with the care team to ensure well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE required.
• Active state CNA certification.
• 0–1 years of nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship, empathy, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
