Job summary

Willow Grove Post Acute is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 109-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with daily pay options and a supportive team focused on dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing residents, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Must hold an active CNA license and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or needs to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
