Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in infection control measures and follow standard precautions to prevent the spread of illnesses
Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
